Which mattress would you recommend spring, latex or memory foam?
Or is the combination of spring and latex? Or spring and memory foam better? Support both in terms of comfort and.

go with the memory foam. its awesome. like sleeping on a solid cloud.
Another option would be to get a spring mattress, and put a memory foam topper on it. Might be cheaper, and you still get the benefits of memory foam.
Memory foam! I would suggest tempur pedic or those beds where you can change the number(firmness & softness) to your liking.
Springs get worn out very easily and get uncomfortable and don’t shape to your body at all!
Latex is in between! This would be your 2nd bet!
