(Please note, I was required to allow an assessment of the element to be present this review. However, I would give it zero stars, because I never received!) I ordered some kind of memory foam mattress pad, but unfortunately is the manufacturer of the shipping department had my order with someone else mixed with it. They responded to my concerns immediately when I told them that I received someone else’s order. I could return the other person’s goods, but I notified the seller that the other customers do not return my mattress pad, and so refunded my money immediately without problems. But I wish I could have got my mattress! Rating: 5.1
The pad is very nice. Not smelly as I thought it would. Only took about 24 hours till it made the air and let it take shape. Seems to be holding, is very beautiful, like my husband and I are not small people. Always a pleasure shops at Amazon! Rating: 5.5
I bought this mattress pad hope they do better in order for both my husband and I sleep, I love it, he hates es.Wir have tried a sleep number bed once were and of course, opposites. He likes hard and soft I mag.So, I think it depends on the nature of the surface preference of a person, whether or not they will sleep better. Rating: 5.5
This foam mattress topper was great. I get much better sleep with this on my bed. It holds just make it as advertised. Rating: 5.5
